    Hi, we used the paid version of this plugin for a year but we were never able to get it to work correctly for us. We are now using the free version, but it still is not configured to allow for the correct appointments.

    We only allow appointments on Saturday’s from 9.30 – 5.30, and we have a range of appointments from 30 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes and we require a 15 minute buffer inbetween and a 30 minute lunch. However, if trying to add appointments to an empty day (I have an image but not sure how to add) it is not providing the correct slots. I need to add an appointment for 1 hour at 1pm, but the only options are 12.30 or 1.45 and we do not know why?

    Another example, we are trying to add a 1 hour appointment directly after another appointment, including the 15 minute buffer time, at 11.30 but the time slot is not there until 2.15pm. It doesn’t make sense with the set up, please help?

    I cannot open an official ticket without a purchase code and we cannot find our old purchase code?
