    Hi @gaurav5,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have checked the URL and identified a possible reason of the issue. There are two different version of the Swiper is running. The other version is used in the ‘DG Carousel’ plugin and it’s an older version of the script. Different version of the same script can be a reason of conflict in the functionalities.

    We suggest you enable the troubleshoot mode and check disabling the plugin we mentioned.

    I have disabled that plugin but issue not solve. Also I have disabled other plugins but same issue.
