Nex-Forms Ultimate doesn't always send emails

I purchased Nex-Forms Ultimate Form Builder and am having an issue where for some reason I’m not getting email responder messages from some of my customers. What can I do to address this issue so that my forms are 100% dependable as this is costing me a lot of money in lost revenue. Thanks for your help!
