News/Post Articles not updating & Captcha Caching
-
Hi,
We seem to be having a few issues with W3 total cache. We followed the best practises on how to install/setup the plugin and the correct settings to implement.
1. News/Post Articles
Each time a client creates or edits a post, the changes appear in the browser when logged in but once logged out they and their client can not see any new updates. We think it might be isolated to Chrome but aren’t particularly sure. The only fix we seem to have come up with so far is go into the WordPress backend and clear the website page cache once we are notified of these issues. This isn’t ideal as we’re first having the client call us to notify us of the problem. Can you please clarify that im correct in saying that this shouldn’t have to be done when a new page/post is created/edited each time?? What may be causing this and is there a setting we are missing?2. Captcha Caching
The second issue we are having is it seems to clash with the Really Simple Captcha plugin that we have installed on all our websites Gravity forms. We have realised that the captcha is breaking in some cases and not reloading/refreshing in others. This issue is occurring when logged out and seems to be isolated to Google Chrome. Is there a setting we can edit/change to address this as removing 100+ caching plugins is not ideal. Thanks!
