    1. a newspaper theme (local community news site)
    2. E-directory plug-in (that can upload videos , or blog, such that, the edirectory listing is like a mini-site, by itself).
    3. reader submission plug-in (articles, videos, letter, obituaries, announcement, garage sale, etc.)
    4. easy to put sponsor ad, not adsense.
    5. subscription to newsletter form , double opt in

    The best recommendation, obviously, I will hire to install and do my site. At reasonable price..
