[newsletters_post_thumbnail …] doesnt work

The tag [newsletters_post_thumbnail post_id=”110″ size=”thumbnail”] doesn’t show any image. Only if there is another tag like
[newsletters_post showdate=”N” eftype=”excerpt” post_id=”99″ thumbnail_size=”thumbnail” thumbnail_align=”left” thumbnail_hspace=”15″ language=”es”]
Then shows the thumbnail of the above post (id=99) not the post with ID 110.
Does this problem is solved with WordPress 4.6?
