Newsletters not sent, but shown as sent in admin. Only Preview mails are working

    Hi,

    We use Mailpoet plugin and a third party SMTP sending service.

    In the MailPoet e-mails list page, the newsletters are shown as sent, but openings/clicks are stucked to 0.0%.

    When we check the stats in our SMTP sending service dashboard, we can see that 0 mail was sent.

    In MailPoet, When we send a newsletter preview, it works and we receive the newsletter with no problem.
    After sending the preview, we check again our SMTP stats and we can see that the preview was recorded (+1 sending in the stats).

    Any idea of what is going on ?

    Hi @scruffile,

    In the MailPoet e-mails list page, the newsletters are shown as sent, but openings/clicks are stucked to 0.0%.

    As you’re using a third-party sending service and the emails are being sent from the plugin but not delivered, it may be that they’re blocking your emails for some reason.

    When you’re sending with your own website (“Your web host / web server” option) or your host’s SMTP account, you’ll need to be aware of the limits imposed by your host.

    In this case, you should contact them to ask for further assistance.
