newsletters not sending, but emails do work

    steps taken–
    Created “test list”.

    Created form to send out double opt in confirmation email and signed up two two users successfully using emails sent to them to test list.

    Confirmed that both of these user are in the test list and they are marked “subscribed”.

    Setup a few newsletters and, if I sent the TEST button, it will send me the newsletters. However, when I either “send now” or send when user’s subscribe, no newsletters are sent.

    The newsletter that I setup to send now, shows “0 out of 0 sent”. Lists is shown as test list. (checked both emails and SPAM, not found)

    Checked wordpress error logs. No errors. I even scheduled one and no emails… Any suggestion for where to look for what’s going on? I’ve been stuck on this for longer than I care to admit

    update, I just checked the logs for the scheduled one which I watched countdown the minutes (I know how WP Cron works) and I saw it said 3 minutes until sending.. then now it also says 0 out of 0 sent

    More info… This is a Multisite installation. Attempted to do everything as super-admin as well as a non super admin administrator… same results.

    thanks Albert, I’m experimenting… first, make backups… I have deleted the plugin completely, removed the wysija tables from the database completely, then reinstalled the “new” version and it’s now working… Frustrating. I exported my subscriber info etc… now I have to reimport a lot of data and massage lists… I’ll update this if I find out anything interesting
