    Since few days, the newsletters I send are not received, but the email testing works (I receive it)

    All plugins and WordPress Core are up to date.

    Please, thanks for help to fix that

    Hey again!

    One more thing to check is if the emails are sent and not received, or are not being sent. Do you know which is the case?

    Also, are any of the of emails being received by any of your subscribers?

    Hi !

    The status in “Emails” category indicate 1/1 or 100/100 for example, and “Clicked, Opened” 0% both.

    So, emails seems to be send (information from the plugin) but I’m sure no one got it.

    Just for recall : I receive email test but no emails in “Emails” categoty are received, without changing any configurations of MP..

    Hi ! I have tried some things :
    – send an older newsletter by duplicating : not received
    – send a new template from MP : received
    – send a new template i have modified : received

    So i think older templates are bugging with new version of MP

    Do you confirm that ?

    Hi @federaldesign,

    I found a MailPoet account associated with the domain ***era.net.

    There you have a free subscription still pending approval, which means you can only send emails to email addresses authorized in your MailPoet.com account.

    Can you please let us know if all the emails were sent to the same email address?

    Also, can you confirm you’re sending these emails with us or with a 3rd-party sending method for now?

    We have always used a SMTP hosting account with MP to send emails..
