Newsletters not received

> Trying to send January 2022 newsletter, same way as past newsletters – it sends to all the subscribers, but “opening” and “clicking” stays on 0 percent (normally around 20 percent) and people turn out not to have received the newsletter. What can I do?

If sending is stuck at 0% or Post Notifications and Welcome Emails are not sent at all, this could be due to the Newsletter Task Scheduler not being able to start. Rest assured, this is a problem you can solve yourself or ask our team to help you for free.
