    Hello there ??
    I’m having
    – Worpdress 5.9.2
    – Rion theme 1.0.5
    – Mailster 3.1.3

I can “add” a new newsletter.

But each time I modify/add something inside, and they make a save : nothing will be saved …

    Self test (Mailster Tests) :
Tests are finished with 0 Errors, 0 Warnings and 0 Notices.

    Any idea ?
    Thank you very much .

    Greeting !

    Hello there @aglig

Thank you for contacting us. I will be happy to help you with this.

This error might mean there’s something in your newsletter content that is preventing the newsletter from saving that template.

It could be a special character not supported by your website, a broken link, or another type of conflict.

Are you using the WordFence plugin?

Can you disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.

You can refer to this article: How to Test for Plugins Conflict`

    I hope this helps!

    Have a great day.

    Hello @geraltrivia ,
    thank you for your answer.
    I found the problem :

If I deactivate the extension “Rion Toolkit”, it’s working great.

But I do need this extension for my TION template.

So can you help me out again ?
    ??

    Greeting !

    Hi there @aglig,

I’m glad to hear that you found the conflicting plugin!

I’m afraid we can’t know what exactly in the Rion Toolkit plugin is preventing MailPoet emails from being saved.

Please reach out to the Rion Toolkit support team as they can find the setting or the code which is causing the issue.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you need further assistance!
