Newsletters get sent twice

  • Hi,
    I have been using your free plugin for some time.
    Today for the first time, my automatic weekly newsletter was sent twice.
    Checking the log I noticed that on 3rd December my daily newsletter was also sent twice. On 4th December, it was only sent once (there were no new articles since then, so no daily newsletters since then).

    This is very annoying to readers. How can this happen and what can I do about it?

    I am sending with my own website and PHP mail.
