Newsletters failing to send, both automatic and standard

  • Hi – I send automatic and standard newsletters around 3 times in total per week to less than 40 subscribers from geneticexperts.org.

    Since July 3rd, all sent newsletters are marked as ‘Failed send’ for every subscriber.

    Also, when I try and send a preview to my own address, the preview fails. Yet when I send a test mail from within settings (from the ‘send with’ tab) the test comes through fine.

    I have looked through the Mailpoet FAQs and knowledge base but can’t find a solution. I am sending using my own website and PHP delivery.

    I updated mailpoet to version 2.6.16 approximately 2 weeks ago and successfully sent newsletters before this problem occurred.

    Any possible solution?
