Newsletters are to wide to read

    The plugin seems pretty simple, only one issue. When I received the test email it is wider than my email client. I have to scroll back and forth to read the content.

    How do I force the newsletter templates to be a reasonable size so readers don’t have to scroll back and forth to read the content?

    Which one do you mean? The email client am I using to send or receive?

    To receive the test email I am using GoDaddy’s email client which works off the GoDaddy website (honestly the BEST email client ever!)

    From the plugin I’m using Newsletters > Settings > E-mail Settings: WordPress Mail

    I don’t see anything in the template options to choose a maximum template width.

    Thank you for your feedback. We’re going to test the plugin on one of GoDaddy’s email clients to add in a workaround for this.

    A default template width of 600px is set in the plugin, however this might be being ignored in the GoDaddy email client – we will test further on our side and have this sorted out as soon as possible.

    Actually before you do that, it never occurred to me to test using a different email client – which is bad considering I’m a programmer and that is Step 1!
    I just tested it using gmail and it looks great.

    I am probably the only person on the planet using GoDaddy’s email client, don’t waste your time on it.

    No problem at all. We will still test this through GoDaddy’s email client as we never know which email client our audience will be using to receive mails.
