Newsletter widget issue

  • Hello,

    I use the theme “lingerie” of OceanWP for my website, and I can not get the double opt-in of mailchimp done. However, this option is enabled in my Mailchimp account.

    When someone signs up, he is directly registered whereas I would like him to receive a letter of confirmation of registration.

    Does anyone have an idea of the problem?

    Try to use single opt-in and check it works properly or not. Right now, we have some issue with double opt-in configuration.
