Newsletter widget into a page

Hello,

I would like to create a button “Newsletter” in my footer, linked to a page where you can fill in the info etc and submit.
In the new page, I go to the widget list but there’s not MailUp, so how can I do that? I read in the other topics that there is not a shortcode either, so how can I be able to put my newsletter widget elsewhere but the homepage?
