Newsletter task scheduler (cron)

I’m facing this message when I try to send an email “Oops! There seems to be an issue with the sending on your website. See our guide to solve this yourself.”. This link getting blocked by the hosting security system! https://mohsinalam.com/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping instead of getting pong. Is there any better way to do the cron job? I can’t use MailPoet for this error.
