    I can see nothing in the error log

    /whatsusansees.com -755
    /whatsusansees.com/wp-content – 755
    /whatsusansees.com/wp-content/plugins -755
    /public_html/whatsusansees.com/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form -755

    Deactivate and delete the plugin. Then install a fresh copy of the plugin. Report back.

    Same issue here. I’m also interested in if this worked. I’m concerned about just deleting and reinstalling the plugin and the current settings disappear.

    @mario you can backup the settings using Tools tab.
