Newsletter Subscription Field

Hello,

I’d like to use the mailchimp integration on the footer section for users to subscribe to my newsletter.

I know I’m able the change the title above the subscripe field, but is it somehow possible to also change the text within the “Enter your e-mail address” field?
The translation here says “Deine E-Mail-Adresse” but since this is not the polite form of German language I’d like to change it to “Ihre E-Mail-Adresse” – unfortunately I can’t find this part to be changed anywhere.

I’ve already checked several things, such as the footer.php and the OnePress documentation but can’t find anything that would help me here.
I know through reading the .html file it is a simple placeholder; but where can I change this placeholder?
