You can also install WP Crontrol plugin to see if you have tasks with trigger issues.

Yes Cron system is working fine i am using server side cron control which is working fine.
But still newsletter sending stucks in sending

Hi, have you checked the System/Scheduler panel to see the cron stats we collect? Maybe there you can find some more information to share to have a better idea on what’s happening.
