Newsletter stop sending

    Hi,

    I have automated newsletter sending when new content is uploaded. It was working great.
    But, because all new members subscribed to newsletter I had more than 6k subscribers, and my newsletter stopped to send.

    Recently I have deleted all subscribers except those one who subscribed via email. Now I have less then 2000 subscribers, but newsletter are not sending.

    What shall I do?

  • It’s worth checking that you are including standard WordPress users in your count of subscribers, as they are counted towards your free 2000 subscribers limit.

    Thanks again @rphi. This free version of MailPoet is limited to 2000 subscribers. If you have more than that you’ll need the Premium version.

    I had a problem that every new user subscribed, but now I have deleted them and have less than 2000 real subscribers.

    But, mails are still not send.
