    Hi there, I am attempting to schedule a newsletter, as I do regularly, and step 4 appears as a blank page, meaning I cannot schedule a thing. With a newsletter due in 5 days, this is problematic. I have followed the advice of the robot, but nothing works, please advise whether this is resolvable with support from MailPoet, please, because it should not be happening, there is no clear reason on my end. And this is not the first time it happened, before suddenly working again. So I am inclined to think the issue is with the plugin. Please help me, this one is urgent. Thank you.

    Oh, also, a little ‘4’ appears in the top of the window, that shouldn’t be there either.

    Could you please follow the instructions to?re-install the plugin via FTP?and let us know if it resolves the issue? This will ensure no plugin files are missing or corrupted.

    Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data from the plugin since it’s saved in your database, not the plugin files. However, whenever making any changes like this, we recommend making sure you have a full backup of the site just in case.

    If the issue persists, please send us a copy of your System Info found in MailPoet > Help. Make sure to remove any sensitive information such as email addresses.

    Also, please send us a screenshot of the issue.
