Newsletter signup widget

  • Hi,

    I’ve created a new form and added it to a page although the plugin isn’t functioning as expected.

    I’m using WordPress 4.9.6 and it’s currently on a testing environment although newsletter signups don’t get registered. Once I enter an email address and agree with the terms of conditions, the loading bar just keeps spinning with no effect. No emails get added to the defined list.

    Can you let me know how could I investigate the issue, thanks.

    It seems there are some conflict issue with other plugins.
    You can check it by disabling other plugins one by one.

    I am using WordPress 4.9.6 on a test environment and have the exact same issue as the OP. Are there any resolution tips you can share?

    Hi,

    No, they provided me no support with this and I couldn’t sort the issue out.

    I’ve opted out to use mailchimp, atleast their support helps their customers.
