Newsletter Sent, not showing sent status

  • I created a newsletter, previewed the newsletter to confirm all links within it worked properly, sent myself a test e-mail as well. I sent the newsletter out this morning at 6am and multiple people have contacted me to tell me the link within it is not working.

    I logged into the backend of my WP site > went to mailpoet > newsletters > it’s showing the newsletter was never sent????

    What’s going on? Newsletter WAS sent AND why did the links redirect to the wrong pages?

    same issue here:
    – status shows “not sent” (but indeed newsletter was sent)
    – any open – click on link statistics
    – Newsletter links to latests posts go to blank pages (It seems the problem is with click on link tracking).
    I guess the two problems are somehow related.

    The strange thing is that soon after the newsletter was sent there wasn’t any problem (status “sent”, basic statistics ok, links ok – tested myself). I logged a day after just to check some updated statistics (click on links) and found Newsletter status “not sent”, any statistics, newsletter links to white pages…
    Please help. I like the plugin but with these issues it is useless…..
