    Hello,
when I send the newsletter everithing is ok, status page says that emails are sent but no email arrives in the users mailboxes.
It was working well until one month ago and I suppose something has changed in Aruba mailserver configuration.

    I have this error:

    Wed, 06 Mar 2019 15:39:12 GMT [error] [client 89.46.106.106] – https://www.tuttofallimenti.it – AH01215: sendmail: warning: inet_protocols: disabling IPv6 name/address support: Address family not supported by protocol: /web/htdocs/www.tuttofallimenti.it/home/wp-cron.php, referer https://www.tuttofallimenti.it/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1551883150.8459360599517822265625

thanks in advance for your help

You need to open a ticket with your provider, Aruba, which often and randomnly has serious problems with emails.

Consider to user and external service or their SMTP if you’re using even their mail service.

Try to get a free account on sendgrid, mailjet, mailgun, elasticemail (the change the free plan every now and then). They’ll give you an smtp so you can make few tests and send reliably a small number of emails.
