Newsletter sent but not received

  • Hi, the newsletter feature worked fine for months. This month the newsletter reads as sent, but no one got the newsletter. Please help, a, mid-launch and I’ve got no solution so far with AI. All plugins have been checked, cache removed, etc. etc. there is no reason I can determine and I need Mail Poet support. Thank you.

    I’d also like to check I have not been suspended, I was experimenting with removing subscribers and them resubscribing, would that get me suspended? Cheers.
