    Hello all!

We are having the following problem; This has happened twice; yesterady and today.
We are using the MailPoet 3 free sending plan and yesterday, when we sent a newsletter, no emails have been received by the subscribers. The Opened, Clicked percent is at 0%. We thought that it may be an issue with the MailPoet sending server, and we sent the same newsletter again today, with the same result – no email was received.
Can you please help us? We don’t want to send again and then the subscribers will possibly receive the email 3 times.

    Thank you very much!
    Best regards,
    Marius

In the mean time I have done some tests, sending old newsletters to a few subscribers. It seems that other newsletters are received, only that one doesn’t.
Now, I don’t know what to do because if those two newsletters sent to all subscribers will be eventualy received and I send a third one, will not be good for us.

That is why I kindly ask you to help us.
    Thank you!

    Hiya @mandrei!

Let’s get to the bottom of this for you. Interesting result in that your other Newsletters are received and just the one isn’t.

First port of call is finding out the main difference between the Newsletters. Are you using different modules in the one that doesn’t send? For example, using the latest posts module, when usually you just use the post module that sort of thing.

Also could you post your system info from MailPoet > Help > System Info tab. I’d recommend hiding any information you don’t want shown as this is a public forum (i.e, email address etc).

    Thanks!

    Hello Jack!

The original newsletter was done only with image, text and a button on top of the basic template which we use every time – no latest post or something like that was used. The second newsletter that didn’t worked was a duplicate of the first.
Today, I have done the following: I have recreated the newsletter from scratch (I changed-shortened the name of the photo and upload it again on the server) and I have sent it to a few emails – of course, it worked.
So it seems that the problem is with the original newsletter, on our server. It is definitely not the MailPoet sending server.
I will talk with the site owner tomorrow -I’m proposing to send the newsletter again (the one from monday that worked) and hope that the two newsletters from the weekend will not be received by the subscribers, to not disturb them.

    Thank you!

@wysija – I already done that. I am in contact with the support team. I will mark it here as resolved.

Thank you very much for your support!
