• I’m here because Mailpoet’s support for paying clients is not dealing with this. Apparently sending was paused due to one or two bad email addresses. That was a week ago, we contacted support and provided the information requested. Since then, nothing, and my client who has done nothing wrong has been unable to send newsletters. He is sitting waiting day after day for this to get resolved, has followed up twice so far…. and… nothing.

I’ve been using Mailpoet for 10 years now and have recommended it to all of my clients. Support used to be really good, now it’s terrible. Having to post here in the hope that someone at Mailpoet will pay attention and fix this.

Seriously thinking about moving my clients to a different solution for sending emails – and let’s not forget this is a PAYING client of Mailpoet, on the 5,000 sending plan.

    Hi @moghillpat,

I replied to your email on Tuesday 10th, and I apology for our delayed response. MailPoet support is going through some internal changes and we’re still adjusting while trying to keep the volume of emails we have.

I’ll follow up with you via email to continue our conversation.
