• Hi!

I’ve just upgraded and created a new newsletter. I’ve created the list (and successfully got the trial version sent to myself) and now the newsletter just sits there and is not being posted.

    Cron viewer reports:
    Dec 13, 2012 @ 23:21 (1355440915) EasyMail every 5 minutes alo_em_batch

However, the time never changes. I tried stopping the email and restarting and date/time on the cron job was updated but still nothing has been sent.

Any clues as to what I can try next to get the newsletter posted?

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled. Things have improved.

Now it sends a random number of emails at random intervals. I have a cron job triggering the system every 5 minutes and sometimes an hour will go by with no activity; then one email will be sent. 15 minutes latter another one will go.

I’ve tried changing the maximum number of emails from 30 to 100 but to no effect.

    Any ideas?
