Newsletter pluging with automated features. Recommendations?

  • Hello community,
    I am creating a site and I’d like to have a newsletter feature which allows people to sign up and keep in touch with my latest blogs.
    I also want another feature: in addition to getting my blogs when they go out I’d ALSO really like to be able to have EACH subscriber to INDAVIDUALLY receive a pre-written email:
    1. moments after they signing up
    2. one week after their initial signing up
    3. one month after their initial sign up.

    Is there a plugin which has this capability?
