Newsletter plugin that will send latest custom posts

Ok I am building a community news site with events, directory, classifieds, news, etc.
I am looking for a newsletter plugin that will send X # of latest posts from a variety of sources from the site for a weekly update…events, latest listings, latest news topics, etc., so I guess it would need to be able to handle custom posts, in addition to normal posts by categories.
Hope I am explaining myself sufficiently.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
