Newsletter plugin need

Can somebody suggest me newsletter plugin, such every register user to chose to which category want to be subscribe?
I have a website with investors (every investor have separate category) and I want to put buttons for each one. There must have one more option for subscribe – an account page every user must have options with radio buttons to which investor want to subscribe.
One more thing, newsletter must to be auto sender. Thank you in advance for the help ??
