Newsletter plugin as a Popup welcome message

Hi
I would like to get some help regarding a newsletter plugin, is there an option to create a pop-up when entering the website.
My website is https://rotemshaul.com , when someone entering the website a pop-up window is asking for join my newsletter ( right now i am using MailOptIn, I would like to uninstall it and to use one plugin that answers my requests )
Is it possible? in case yes, how can i do that ?
