Newsletter plugin

Hi does anyone know a plugin with which i can send a custom newsletter to the users that registrated on my wordpress blog?

I only find plugins that send blog post to people that give their mail into the seperate plugin.
But i which to create a newsletter myself with no blog entries and which uses the already stored mail adresses from the users.
