Newsletter page blank on unsubscribe with dynamic.js error.

    Hi there, this looks like a great wordpress plugin but I am having an issue after my initial installation. I created the newsletter subscription page and registered with my email. I received the double opt in email, then received the welcome email. I then tried to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. It takes me to the newsletter page but the page is blank and debugging in chrome shows a 404 error for /newsletters/dynamic.js

    If I click on edit subscription in the email, it loads up the newsletter page just fine and lets me edit my email and shows the unsubscribe link. If I click on unsubscribe from there, same thing, I get a blank newsletter page with the dynamic.js error.

    Any idea what’s happening to cause this issue?

    My apologies, I just realized that the dynamics.js error is unrelated to the newsletter plugin and in fact an issue with something else on the site in general, so please ignore that part.

    I took some screenshots this morning to show what is happening:

    Here you can see the form loads fine:

    It sends out the confirmation request email no problem:

    My email is now confirmed after clicking the link in the email:

    At this point, if I look in the newsletter admin at my subscriber list, I see my email and my status is confirmed. So now if I go back to the welcome email and click on unsubscribe, I get this:

    As you can see it’s blank, and if I go to the subscriber admin, I am still set as confirmed. If, however, I click on the “Click here” to change subscription options, it does load the correct page and if I click on unsubscribe fro there, I still get a blank message like the last screenshot, however in the admin, I see the email status is changed to unsubscribe.

    I hope this helps explain what is happening a bit better. I should also note that in the newsletter admin dashboard where you configure all the subscription messages on the newsletter page, I don’t see anywhere that allows me to modify the unsubscribe verbiage.

    OK I figured this out, I just found where the unsubscribe information is and none of it is filled out by default. Works now, thank you! Now I have to figure out why the newsletters are not sending out even though cron job is fine.

    Uhm, not good, the unsubscription message should be prefilled on first installation! I’ll check it suddenly.

    Ah ok, for me everything for subscribing was pre-filled on install, but everything for unsubscribe was blank.

    Thanks for responding, still trying to figure out why my cron job status is not functioning.
