    Hi

It’s not that they aren’t being sent, it’s probably that they aren’t being delivered.
If you’re using your own website to send (MailPoet->Settings->Send with), then please try a third party sending service:
    https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/sendgrid/

Having the same problem. The status says the mails should being sent within the next few minutes. At the moment these minutes took an hour or so.

    Cron has been startet.
Text mail works fine but automated mails will not be sent ??

I’m having problems with the same thing. I have mailpoet set up with elastic email. I’ve set ‘sendwith’ 3rd part and entered the info on the screenshot provided thru mailpoet for elastic email (smtp/username/password)

On mailpoet it says that the emails were sent . on elastic email under activity – it shows newsletters delivered. However – no one is GETTING any newsletters? Can someone please help me figure this out?

Also – if I’m simply using the mailpoet plugin within wordpress and using elasticemail as the 3rd part for send – do I need to configure the settings in the elastic email account under the section called “Use Your Own Domain”?

@friedi what about a Preview test? (HTML emails)

@mogal76 have you tried another third party service? Try with a FREE SendGrid account: https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/sendgrid/

Also, no need to “Use your own domain”.
