Newsletter moderator setup?

    We need to allow one user to create a newsletter but not allow him to send it.
    Then another user can review / moderate the newsletter and send it.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Although you can manage users’ roles capabilities with the plugin Members, I’m afraid that the capabilities of creating and sending newsletters are enabled/disable altogether. Meaning that if you allow a user to create/edit newsletters they will also be able to send it.
