Newsletter is paused

i am sending newsletter to my subscriber i have 15 subscribers and i have checked my settings all are fine while sending after 5 mins status becomes paused. what is the issue kindly resolve it.This message i got
Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

Check your sending method settings.

Resume sending
