Newsletter is not work properly

    Hi,
    I recently change my theme from mystile to 8store lite. All is working fine but when i use Newsletter, subscribers name is not seen in visiters subcription in notification bar plugin.
    I have not changed anything in notification bar plugin,it is in default setting. Kindly help me to solve it.

    This is a kind of new situation , we our theme is not depended on any sort of forms,
