Hi, my newsletter is not reaching my subscribers. It was working fine until the last 2 send tried. I notices 0% opens after sending when usually I receive an ‘excellent’ open and click rate. Even when testing on my own addresses the newsletter is not getting to my subs. It says sent but no one is getting it.

How can I fix this? It happened suddenly. The scheduler says it is connected.

    Hi @jankowitts,

I believe sending is not working on your website.

If you’re sending with the MailPoet Sending Service, your account may have been paused due to some issues with your list. In this case, please contact us so we can check what happened.

If you’re sending with a third-party sending method, please contact them to check if they have suspended the sending for you for a similar reason, or due to going over your email quota.

    Thank you!

I am having the same problem. The last two newsletters I sent say that 263/263 were sent, but many recipients did not receive them and they were not sent to spam. Can you help me figure out what is happening? I usually get excellent click rates, but the last two have been average or below.

    Hi @debswebs,

Are you sending with our own sending service?

If sending is working properly but some subscribers are not receiving the newsletters, you should set up a DKIm for your domain to improve deliverability.

Please refer to this article: How to Set Up DKIM for your Sender Domain
