    I’ve setup a newsletter to be sent to my subscribers and now 3 days later it appears that the email are not sent at all.

    It says: The last batch of emails should start sending automatically in the next few minutes.
    And progress 0/…

    Ive tried to deactivate/activate both free and premium plugin.
    I’ve also tried with different subscribers and different newsletter, with no luck.

    In my apache access log i see:

    tail -f access.log | grep wp-cron
    2a01:7e00::f03c:91ff:fe84:712f - - [11/Aug/2016:08:30:13 +0200] "HEAD /wp-cron.php?b0b974f8fb42eae9d3b9c504f6f288e4&action=wysija_cron&process=all&silent=1 HTTP/1.1" 404 325 "-" "Mozilla/5.0"
    2a01:7e00::f03c:91ff:fe84:71f8 - - [11/Aug/2016:08:35:11 +0200] "HEAD /wp-cron.php?b0b974f8fb42eae9d3b9c504f6f288e4&action=wysija_cron&process=all&silent=1 HTTP/1.1" 404 325 "-" "Mozilla/5.0"

    when i type the address in the browser i see:
    MailPoet CRON Error: Invalid token

    I’ve been using this plugin without any problems for more than a year.
    3 monts ago i purchased the premium version.

    Can you advise please?

  • If you purchased the Premium, then get in touch with us over here: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/

    Usually, when this message appears: MailPoet CRON Error: Invalid token, it means you’re using a plugin to manage your crons tasks inside WordPress and that’s incompatible with MailPoet.
