Newsletter Integration Jetpack

I use jetpack newsletter (wordpress), and I can not create a banner with the shortcode [jetpack_subscription_form]. And I also did not find integration of the poptin platform for the jetpack.

The intention is to create a banner where the user registers the email and the jetpack includes it in the database.

Currently poptin only collects the email, it does not automatically.

Is there any solution to this?
