Newsletter Email Social Share Buttons

Everything is set up perfectly on the site, except one thing that is bothering me before I make this subscription service go live.

When the Newsletter Email goes out, (Theme vimeo-like) it has Tumblr, Pinterest, Reddit, and MySpace for social media. I don’t know why it doesn’t have Twitter or Facebook. I can’t find anywhere on the settings to change this. Seems like it would be an easy fix.

Also, how do I add a place for the subscriber name? I have a page setup for subscriber to put email, but it never once asks for their name. Even if I add the {Name} or [Name] code.
