We use the Mailpoet sending service for our newsletters. We’ve never had any problem until today.

The newsletter stops sending and gives an error. The error says the limit of 1000 subscribers is reached (which isn’t true, its 906) or our account is blacklisted. How can we check if this is the case?

We’ve sent the last newsletters 3 months ago without any problems and didn’t change any settings since then. The System Status in Mailpoet doesn’t show any errors (see screenshot). We’ve also tried different cron settings without any solution. We’ve read and tried all documentation on the MailPoet support pages.

We disabled all security/cache plugins but this didn’t help. Our sending domain and mail is verified.

Our website is academy.thecolourkitchen.com and we already cleared our contacts with DataValidation.com.

We see a lot of people experience this same problem on this support forum.

Please ANY help from Mailpoet? We worked for hours and hours and tried everything but still can’t send any newsletters.

Can we please get some support? We also didn’t get any reaction on our Premium support ticket after 4 days.

    Hi Wessel,

I can confirm the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account due to a high number of bounces. They were detected in February, when you sent a newsletter through our servers.

You should have received an email notification. I’m sorry if you haven’t or if you missed it.

Can you please confirm you have run your list through DataValidation.com service AFTER sending that email?

And if so, please make sure you have deleted the old list and re-imported the new one with only valid email addresses verified by DataValidation.

Let us know so we can restore the sending for you.

    Hi Bruna,

Thanks for your reply. We’ve checked the list with DataValidation and re-imported it after that, so we should be good to go. Can you let us know when our account is unpaused? Thank you so much.

I have restored the sending for your account now.
