    Hi,

After one month still no news, is that an insolvable problem? How can the correction of this problem that seems to impact a lot of people take so long?

    Yes it is very long.
Perhaps because you work on the v3 ?

I just updated to version 2.7.1 today but the problem is still there!!!! ??

The layout of my newsletter is completely destroyed at reception
    I would like an idea!
    Merci !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    …newsletter is completely destroyed…
Did you find the why and how?

I don’t think they are working on it, near two months to resolve a problem which is still not resolved seems like an eternity. Looks like they don’t really care about us ??

a response team would be the least of it…

In fact Mailpoet does not support php7, put php5.6 and everything will be in order. That’s what I did and everything works perfectly.

En fait Mailpoet ne fonctionne pas avec php7, remettez php5.6 et tout rentrera dans l’ordre. C’est ce que j’ai fait et tout fonctionne parfaitement.

    @leder1512
    Ben oui c’est plut?t évident.

You are right, I will not discuss the above!
In any case it did not seem to be obvious to everyone.
I prefer to have the power to work properly rather than be blocked by a php plugins which are not yet adapted.
Good luck for the future !

Folks! We haven’t forgotten you. Quick update.

The quick fix is to downgrade to php version 5.6.

We’re working with a user to assess why php 7 is behaving strangely. This takes a little more time because we need to replicate his entire site.

We’ll get to the bottom of this because we want everyone to be running the latest PHP versions. Believe us, developing for several php versions is a nightmare to start with!

MailPoet, here’s a link to a full PHP 7 LEMP server with WordPress for you to replicate the issues in. This is similar to what I am using.

With Vagrant, this can be up and running for you guys in less than 30 minutes. All you’ll likely need to do is install v2.7.1 and see the issues from there.

According to our latest findings, PHP version 7.0.2 corrects this issue. If you can update your PHP version, please do and let us know.

Thanks @DavidSchargel, we do have several PHP 7 websites for testing purposes, but none of them had this issue.

Hello, with php 7.02 its ok for me. The design of newsletter is now correct.
