Newsletter can't be sent to some subscribers?

  • Why a newsletter can’t not be send to some subscribers in the list?

    It seems like 20 people out of 700 (12 in our office) didn’t receive the newsletter. In the newsletter report shows “not sent” with a “X” on it for these subscribe. So Alo Newsletter didn’t sent it to those subscribers.

    Some subscribers have gmail domain, some subscribes hotmail and some subscribes their business domain in their email.

    What could be the reason?
    Interesting thing, many people didn’t receive it in our office. I am looking forward to you answer.

    The “not sent” result, marked with a red X, happens when the wp_mail function cannot send the email. Please double check that these 20 email addresses are well-formed.

    You can debug newsletters: rather than the recipients, you can send all emails of a newsletter to the author or you can have them recorded into a log file. You can enable it in Newsletters → Settings → tab Newsletter.
    If you try to send a newsletter again to this list, but with the debug option set to e.g. newsletter author, can you receive all emails?
