Newsletter being clipped

My client is creating daily newsletters with links to website content such as the latest news, features, jobs and upcoming events etc.. The length of the “content” is the same as what it used to be when using an email newsletter generator on the previous website built using Drupal. The generated content was heavily optimised to avoid the 102kb limit for email clipping on clients such as GMail.

Would it be possible for the devs to optimise the generated content so that it uses as least amount of code as possible?
