Newsletter automatic with latest posts

Hi all,
I’ve checked all the plugins for wordpress regarding newsletter. But I couldn’t find what I’m looking for.

this is what I need:

1- Newsletter with latest posts of the week
2- scheduling daily/weekly/monthly for automatic submit
3- with a widget to subscribe to the newsletter

I’ve also tried phplists but the plugin for wordpress doesn’t gives me all that I need.

Feel free to link also commercial plugins, not only free version.
