Newsletter add/edit not saving newsletter!!

    Hello

    Im trying to clone a newsletter and trying to add new content but every time i save and send the preview email, its sending me the default template and the new template is not saving although the ajax message show me its updated successfully!! i’m also getting some js error in my console..see below:

    Thanks but that didn’t work for us!

    We’ve now contacted the hosting company and waiting for them to reply..

    Server people replied but not so hopeful..see below:

    Since we’re not responsible for the mod_security rules, this is not something that we would have put into place. If you
    do not use, or plan to use the Apache mod_security module, then you can remove it from the server completely, by going
    through Easy Apache 4, customize the active settings, navigate to Apache modules, search for security, and then
    deselecting mod_security2. Once applied, the module will no longer be in use.

    Can you guys help us in any possible way whatsoever?

    no way to fix this then?

    Sorry, we can’t assist you with these server level configurations. Try changing your current theme to a default one from WordPress (just temporarily), only to make sure this is not a theme conflict.
