News Title Color change

Hello,

I was trying to change the Color of the News Headline/Title, but wasn’t able to.

However I was able to block the News Title Text with a color,

I used: background-color: #0404B4;

Is this ok? — per you and wordpress —

I saw where you wrote about a rule — is that like a coding discipline?
